Porani is a contemporary furniture brand engineered by Yoma Furniture Trading located in Penang, Malaysia. Porani specialised in contemporary wood furniture. The product line focuses on solid wood furniture with state-of-the-art design combined with minimalism elements to create a series of products for the modern living. In succeeding the founder’s vision to become the region’s leading furniture makers, Porani focuses on product quality and finishing while keeping the price competitive.

Yoma Furniture was establised in 1988 as a trading company in Penang, Malaysia before the company emerged into a manufacturing company. The company manufacturing line started off by manufacture OEM furniture products for few of the big names in the industry. Vast experience in furniture manufacturing makes the backbone for the company’s solid foundation and well-defined identity, which brings the company to expand further.

In 2007, the company have started to manufacture own design products and developed from domestic market into a global furniture exporter. Besides, the company offers a variety of services from custom-made products to resourcing furniture for projects such as cafés, restaurants, pub/club, hotel and etc. Interior designing service for commercials and residences is also offered for the valued clients.
